Remediation
At The Design and Surveying Consultancy, I specialise in delivering comprehensive remediation services, with a strong focus on facade remediation projects developed over the past eight years. Partnering with dedicated facade contractors such as Guildmore, RAI Facades, and leading specialist suppliers, I have honed my expertise in addressing the unique challenges of remediation works. My approach emphasises collaboration, working closely with Fire Engineers to implement their recommendations FRAEW assessments, ensuring compliance and enhanced fire safety performance.

I also maintain seamless coordination with Architects, Structural Engineers, Building Engineers and Registered Building Inspectors, and other key stakeholders to deliver technically sound and regulation-compliant solutions. By combining technical expertise, a proactive approach to recommendations, and a deep understanding of facade systems, I ensure remediation projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. My expertise has been shaped by working with leading architectural practices, where I played a pivotal role in delivering technically robust and innovative designs. Notable projects include leading the technical design for the Dover Western Docks Revival, focusing on early-stage designs for the Cargo Terminal and assisting colleagues with the Marina Office. Additionally, I contributed to the design development of the GE Aviation Building in Southampton, ensuring precision and functionality in every detail.
